We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

We will gladly make it right if:

• An item arrives damaged in transit
• You receive the wrong item by mistake

If this happens, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@brewsterschristmas.com with your order number and photos of the issue so our team can assist you.
